Everything said made a lot of sense. However, think about this, what if you typed a catchier post title? I ain't suggesting your content isn't good, however what if you added a post title to possibly grab people's attention? I mean %BLOG_TITLE% is kinda boring. You should peek at Yahoo's home page and watch how they create post titles to grab people to open the links. You might try adding a video or a pic or two to get people excited about what you've got to say. Just my opinion, it would make your posts a little livelier.
